Everybody knows the NaNoWriMo Cookbook.
And if you don’t, you suck.
I kid, of course.
A quick history: the NaNoWriMo Cookbook is this thing I put together every year with the help of members of the NaNoWriMo community (better known as WriMos).
This marks the Cookbook’s third year.
But what’s this? I say that I almost didn’t get it done.
Yarr, it’s true.
I’ve been so busy with life and plotting, I had no less than forty recipes built up that I had to add. But I powered through and got it done last night at 7:12 PM.

…now, everyone’s probably asking themselves this: what the hell are herpjeez?
Herpjeez are magical things.
It’s also the name of the typo disease I spread to everyone.
Some of the beautiful ones I had while I was editing…

One-thurd cup sugar
Spelling fail.

GREEN ONION PANCAKEZ/
Not only should I not have that slash there, I sound like I’m straight from /b/.
Oh wait…

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINK COOKIES
I have now lost my appetite.

Would you like me to shut up now and post the link to it?
Okay.

THE NANOWRIMO COOKBOOK
(that looks really cool…XD)

What else is there to say? I know Sky will kill me for not hitting the word count requirement, but there’s not much else to say…
Oh yeah.

SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2010 – 2011 EDITION WILL START SOME TIME IN FEBRUARY

And if you have any redesign ideas, please feel free to comment here with them.
Thanks guys! Happy novelling!

  4. I there. I just found your site today. And I love this idea. I don’t know if you’ll be compiling another cookbook soon, or would like to ‘spruce up’ the original, but I’d be interested in helping with layouts and other design interests.

I have two blogs, am a web developer by day, and am in my 6th year of NaNo.

    Thanks.

  6. You are amazing, and now I won’t be able to use this book until at least December thanks to laughing so hard.

  9. Thanks Chris. I ended up realising this a couple days after you posted this comment.
    All fixed now.
    It should work.

  10. Um, I may be missing something here…but in the Russian Tea recipe…what the heck is ‘instant sea mix’?!

  11. That’s going to be an error on my part; my apologies.
It should be instant tea mix.

But instant sea sounds delicious right about now.
