I am not, by any standards, a Harry Potter maniac. In fact, I've only read the last three books. Yes, shame on me. Though, this part of the book has always baffled me. The fact that Harry Potter marries his best friend's sister. YOU DON'T DO THAT TO A BRO (though, now, they're techincally bros-in law). Now, whenever, they have their family get togethers at the Burrow; when ever Ron sees his niece and nephew, he'll think this:
"Oh, yeah. My best friend did my sister."
D:
And they're still friends somehow.
I would have expected a Harry Potter ass kicking. This book is not socially realistic. :|
