Freshly Pooed

Okay, so if you don't have two minutes: this is what the video's basically about.  In Indonesia, they make a type of expensive, apparently delicious coffee; by feeding a cat coffee beans. These beans are then fermented in the cat's digestive system, and are then, for lack of a better word, pooped out. According to the makers, this gives the coffee, a 'special chocolatey' taste.

IMO, I would never try this; no matter how good it would taste, I probably would not be able to get past the fact that these beans were once consumed by a cat. Also, the coffee beans come out of the cat, intact; this makes me wonder if the process is actually deterimental to the cat.

Anyhoo, would you try some freshly pooed coffee?

I was gonna say "EWWWWWWWWW", but then again, considering honey is one of my favourite foods in the entire universe, and it's made from bee puke/spit/whatever, I can't really say much. :P Uh... It's definitely unusual, but yeah, I'm not particularly fussed, it is a clever idea. I'd definitely try it*, but my main worry would be about the welfare of the cats, that's gotta hurt. :(

*no guarantees I'd manage to finish it without puking, but yeah

Honey is made by bee regurgatation, and milk comes from the interior of a cow. But, those are bees and cows. They made to serve mankind.  Cats were meant to give man evil stares. Just kidding. Anyhoo, I was gonna say; that milk and honey, although available raw, are usually pasturized. And, although, there's probably nothing harmful about this freshly pooed coffee; I don't know, it's poo and I don't trust it.

I've heard of coffee from beans that have gone through a bat's digestive system, so why not?

Then again, I don't drink coffee.

Man, you just ruined honey for me. Milk I never really liked anyway.

I've heard of this coffee, actually.
And I'm with Dyl, but, the only way I'll touch coffee is if it's got hazelnut flavouring and is refrigerated.

Down in Dixie, do yall perfer tea? I drink both regularly, though lately I've only been drinking tea, due to the coffee running out. I will not, though, touch Timmy's or Starbucks or any other coffee store coffee.

That is like, the biggest stereotype ev--yes.
I love my sweet tea. Love it to death. In all honesty, I could drink probably about three glasses a day if it wasn't so loaded with sugar (the way I like it). The best is from The Beacon over in Spartanburg.  ;)
