Sleep Patterns
« on: July 28, 2010, 11:50:20 PM »
Okay, so this is a question; I've asked some of you, most probably in our IM convos. What are your sleep patterns? As in, when do you like to get up and go to sleep? Do you like to take naps? Do you dream a lot? etc.

Almost every day, I go to sleep from 11 PM - 12 PM.  On school days,  I wake up, from 6-7 AM.  The rest of the time, I'm either up from 8:30-10 AM (lately it's been closer to the latter).  I don't like taking naps nor do I like sleeping in too much, cause I think I'm wasting time by sleeping (though, I do love my sleep). I don't dream that often, and when I do, it's about pretty ordinary things.

So, what are your sleep patterns?

I can't take a nap no matter how hard I try, unless I'm deathly ill. I even got in trouble a few times in pre-K 'cos I couldn't ever take names.

I usually go to bed around 1:00-1:30 AM. Wake up anywhere between 10:00 and 11:00. Sometimes 9:30 if I can't sleep.
Dreams...I do tend to have a lot, and most of them are lurid, which tends to scare me. I also can't sleep if there's a light nearby (like in a nearby room or something).

Almost every day, I go to sleep from 11 PM - 12 PM.

man what a time span

I have set times when I want to be 'in bed,' which range from midnight when I have something the next day to 1-2AM otherwise. On days when I have stuff scheduled, I try to know how long I will need to get ready so I can sleep as long as possible. Otherwise, I sleep until 1130-1300 and only more if I am tired. There is one major caveat: on most nights, it takes me 1-3 hr to fall asleep, so I am not getting as much as it sounds.

That is a good range to get plenty of rest.

Durr, it varies. On school days I tend to try and be in bed 10-12PM, and I get up at like 6AM. On weekends it's a little later, and on holidays it's like... 11PM-1AM. :P It normally takes me 1-3hrs to fall asleep like Sky, unless it's rly late. I wake up at 9-11AM in the mornings on weekends and holidays. I actually can't sleep past 12AM. :|

On school nights, I'm usually in bed by 11:30 at the latest. On weekends/summer days, it's anywhere from 11-1. Matters if there's anyone up (my best friend and I will often chat late into the night, so I'll stay up later if she is too, and sometimes my boyfriend will stay up really late and we'll talk over FB or MSN or whatever). I wake up at 7 on school days, 7-10 on weekends/summer.

And Light has officially started to stalk us XD

ANYWAY SLEEP PATTERNS
Yesterday I stayed up until 1:45AM waiting for someone on a certain website with a board about pokeymans to make me some Typhlosion art to spam upon a certain guy. Is this win y/n

His last name is pretty harsh too, I'm surprised he hasn't killed someone for all the jokes/puns that get made about his name. I don't know why he just doesn't go by his Chinese name, it would save a lot of grief.

And yes that is totally win 8)

Lets see, normally I get by on just 2-3 hours of sleep at some point in the day when I am not busy. I cant call it a pattern as it far too random for that but I do suffer from mild insomnia that I most of the time refuse to take meds for ;D
